We invite the following hospitality professionals who share the same vision with us of becoming the No.1 builder, operator and franchiser of speciality retail branches across the world.

Head Chef
The applicant must have at least 5-7 years of experience as a Head Chef /Sous chef in a hotel or a 3-star restaurant. Candidates with experience in western cuisine, particularly Italian and fusion food will have an added advantage. Prior experience in menu planning and purchase is essential. Excellent computer (MS office) and communication skills is mandatory. The incumbent should be willing to travel with positive attitude and must have good kitchen management skills.

Sous Chef 2 Nos
Candidates with less number of years of experience having good experience in western cuisine, particularly in Italian and fusion food with at least 3 years experience in a reputed 3-star hotel or a quick service outlet can apply for Sous Chef. They will supervise the activities of specialist chefs, and other kitchen workers and assist the head chef.

Soup/ Salad Chef 3 Nos
Prior experience in soup/ salad with a reputed hotel is necessary. Experience with a quick service outlet would be an added advantage.

Commis Chef 3 Nos
Hotel management graduates with at least 1 year of post graduation experience in a reputed hotel or a quick service outlet can apply. They will assist the head chef and would be primarily responsible for vegetables, sauces, starters and desserts, day to day cleaning duties, and would be responsible for adherence to quality and hygiene policies.

Restaurant Manager
The ideal candidate would be a Bachelor in Hotel Management with 5-6 years experience in executive position with any quick service outlets. Prior responsibility of the restaurant manager is to ensure the quality and adherence to SOP manual and daily QA checklist. He/ She would also be responsible for effective cost control measures, petty cash, cashier float, store sale and banking. He/ She should be confident with good communication skills in English and must be proficient in computers.

Assistant Manager
The ideal candidate would be a Bachelor in Hotel management with at least 5 years experience in an executive position in the hospitality industry, preferably in quick service restaurants. He/ She would be responsible for the smooth running of the shift roster, imparting on-the-job training and monitoring of new staff, quality management, inventory control, and cash management. He should lead by example and should be efficient in imparting process training. He would be service orientated, hospitable and would have an eye for detail.

Supervisors - 4 Nos
The ideal candidate should have a bachelors or an equivalent degree in hotel management. He/ She should have worked atleast 3 years in an executive position in the hospitality industry. The candidate should be a multitasker with proven team management skills including training, monitoring new staff, managing inventory and should have experience in cash management. Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the quality standards of the outlet and would conduct regular daily meetings to brief the team on improvement measures. The candidates should be presentable with excellent communication skills and proven leadership qualities.

Crew Members - 15 Nos
The applicant should hold a valid diploma / Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience in the similar industry, candidates with exposure to food and beverage industry will have added advantage. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are mandatory. The job responsibilities will include serving the customer or assist those who serve the customer in a more professional manner, learning SOP pertaining to the respective department of product & service, providing on-the-job training to new members, handling all the equipment & gadgets safely, to participate frequently in store meeting in order to improve the store operations etc.,
